Rob Oppen

Rob Oppen has a strong background in software engineering and firmware development. Rob currently holds the position of Head of Software Engineering at ReelView Fishing since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Firmware Engineer at Open Water Power from August 2017 to March 2023. Rob also served as the President and Creator at iTSync Software from January 2004 to March 2023. Before that, they worked as a Principal Firmware Engineer at WiTricity Corporation from August 2015 to August 2017. Rob also has experience as a Senior Member of the Technical Staff at Draper Laboratory from January 2012 to August 2015 and as a Member of the Technical Staff at Draper Laboratory from January 2009 to January 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Software Engineer at Elbit Systems of America from June 2005 to March 2007. Throughout their career, Rob has demonstrated leadership abilities, technological expertise, and the ability to develop high-quality software and firmware solutions.

Rob Oppen has a strong educational background, gaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Systems Engineering from Boston University between 2001 and 2005. Prior to that, they attended Westford Academy for their high school education, achieving a high school diploma from 1997 to 2001. Later, Rob pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Systems Engineering from Northeastern University from 2009 to 2012.
