Maher Shahait possesses extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, having held key positions at leading institutions. At Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Maher served as Team Leader in the Retail Collections Department from September 2019 to December 2020. Prior to this, Maher dedicated over thirteen years to Union National Bank, starting as a Customer Service Officer in the branch and advancing to roles such as Senior Officer and Recovery Manager in the SME/Commercial - Special Accounts Department. Early career experience includes a position as Collections Executive at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from July 2004 to July 2006. Maher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ajman University of Science and Technology, earned from 1996 to 2001.
