Manoj Mohanan began their work experience as an Audit Assistant at Komandoor & Co in 2008. Manoj then served as a Paid Assistant at the same company in 2012. In 2013, Manoj joined EY as an Associate Consultant and later became a Consultant and Senior Consultant. Manoj specialized in internal audits, business process re-engineering, SOX, IFC, and special reviews. In 2017, Manoj joined Protiviti Middle East Member Firm as a Senior Consultant and later became an Assistant Manager. In 2019, they joined Kreston Menon as a Manager in Internal Audit & Consulting Services and eventually became a Senior Manager. Currently, Manoj is working as the Head of Internal Audit at Reem Finance.
Manoj Mohanan has a diverse educational background. Manoj completed their secondary education at St. Josephs High School from 1994 to 2006, where they studied Maths, Science, Social, English, Hindi, Computers, and Telugu.
Afterward, Manoj pursued their intermediate education at Ratna Junior College from 2006 to 2007, where they focused on Maths, Economics, and Commerce. Manoj then attended New Vasundhara College from 2007 to 2008 for their 10+2, Intermediate degree, with a similar focus on Maths, Economics, and Commerce.
In 2008, Manoj enrolled at Osmania University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree. Manoj studied Business/Commerce, General and completed their undergraduate education in 2011.
Simultaneously, in 2008, Manoj began their journey to become a Chartered Accountant. Manoj joined The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and specialized in Auditing. Manoj successfully obtained their Chartered Accountant degree in 2012.
In recent years, Manoj has continued to enhance their professional credentials through various certifications. Manoj obtained the Chartered Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA in July 2022. Manoj also earned a Certificate in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in January 2022, as well as a Certification in Business Valuation from ACCA in November 2021.
