Matt Stanek has a diverse range of work experience. Matt started their career in the US Army as a Cryptologic Linguist from July 2013 to July 2018. Following this, they worked as an Assembly Technician at MAU Workforce Solutions from June 2018 to November 2018. Matt then joined BAE Systems, Inc. as a Contractor in November 2018 and worked there until February 2022. Matt has also worked at ReEmployAbility since February 2022, initially as a Database Analyst, then as a Database Developer, and currently holds the position of Lead Developer and Security Specialist.

Matt Stanek has a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity from American Military University. Matt also holds an Associate of Arts degree from Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained a certification in CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in July 2023. Matt has also pursued a field of study in Mechanical Engineering at Southern Polytechnic State University.
