Allan Parr

Allan Parr serves as the President and CEO of REES since April 2009, overseeing firmwide operations across offices in Dallas, Houston, and Oklahoma City. Prior to this role, Parr was the Senior Managing Director at Nelson, managing operations and profitability for multiple offices and the MEP engineering practice from September 2006 to April 2009. Earlier experience includes serving as the Americas Project Delivery Manager at Hewlett-Packard, leading real estate project delivery across the Americas, and as the Real Estate Manager at Compaq Computer Corp., where Parr managed a substantial corporate headquarters portfolio. Allan Parr holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Environmental Design from Texas A&M University, a Master's degree in Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
