ReEstablish Richmond
Tessa Packer currently serves as the Coordinator of Development and Finance at ReEstablish Richmond since February 2024, following their role as Administrative Assistant. Previously, Tessa held the position of Adoptions Counselor at Richmond SPCA from September 2017 to November 2020, where Tessa facilitated over 1,500 adoptions and implemented a successful cat personality assessment protocol. Tessa also managed the Pen Pal Program at Circle of Peace International from May 2018 to 2020, redesigning the program and promoting cultural exchange among students globally. Earlier experience includes roles as a Social Media Manager and Year Four Teacher at Panyadee International School, where Tessa achieved a 100% passing rate in Cambridge Progression Tests for diverse students, and a Research Assistant at Christopher Newport University, focusing on paranormal beliefs and religiosity. Tessa earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Christopher Newport University in 2012.
