Pre-Construction Managers

Pre-Construction Managers at Reeve-Knight Construction, Inc. have a long and varied history in the field of construction. They have worked as estimators for large firms, responsible for hard-bids, negotiated estimates, and preliminary budgets. They have also been involved in bidding RFP projects with developer teams submitting to state agencies. In their current position, they are responsible for coordination of project bid and plan distribution, with required suppliers and/or subcontractors for project specific areas across the country. They also prepare bids proposals, cost breakdowns, and scope of work qualifications.

Pre-Construction Managers typically have an electrical trade background and attend school at Delta Junior College. They also attend Manteca High School for business management training. Finally, they complete a bachelors degree at the University of Phoenix.

They work with and Estimators - Estimators. Pre-Construction Managers reports to Pat Chism, VP Estimating & Preconstruction.
