Andrew Townsend

Andrew Townsend has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andrew is currently working as the Regional Shop Manager at Reeves Construction Company since March 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Carrier HVAC starting from September 2014 to February 2022, including positions as a Commercial Sales Engineer and Sr. Sales Application Engineer.

Before joining Carrier HVAC, Andrew worked at Polymer Group Inc as a Quality Manager from September 2013 to September 2014. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance practices and procedures. Andrew managed a team of 2 lab supervisors and 8 quality technicians and ensured the testing and certification of all materials produced.

Subsequently, from 2016 to 2018, they attended the U.S. Naval War College, specializing in Military Strategic Studies, General, completing JPME Phase I. Most recently, Andrew enrolled at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2022 and will be completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree by 2024.
