Darcy Overbey

Darcy Overbey has over 27 years of work experience. Darcy started their career in the US Army in 1994, where they held various positions including Company Commander, Operations Officer, Deputy Brigade Commander, and Director of Operations. During their time in the military, they led a military law enforcement organization, managed operational aspects of a Joint Task Force, and served as a liaison between staff sections and higher headquarters. Darcy also completed a graduate program at the US Army War College and served as Chief of Staff for the US Army Military Police School. In 2021, they joined Reeves Construction Company as a Human Resources Business Partner. Throughout their career, Darcy has demonstrated strong leadership skills, fostering inclusive work environments, and implementing innovative solutions.

Darcy Overbey holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Darcy also obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University and another Master's degree in Military Strategic Studies, General from The United States Army War College. Additionally, Darcy has earned the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in February 2021.
