Jay Arnett has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Jay began their career in 2003 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Arnett Development Corporation, where they served until 2007. Jay then joined Reeves Construction Company, starting as an Asphalt Superintendent. Over the years, they held various roles including Regional Equipment Manager, Equipment and Manufacturing Manager, Corporate Equipment Manager, and finally, Corporate Equipment Director. Jay's most recent position was as the Corporate Equipment Director at Reeves Construction Company and Delta Companies, which they started in January 2021. Jay'sexperience spans over 14 years in the industry, showcasing their expertise and progression within the field.

From 2005 to 2007, Jay Arnett attended Georgia Southern University, where they pursued a degree in Construction Management. Jay'sfield of study focused specifically on construction management.
