Katye Semanson

Katye Semanson, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Katye is currently working as the Director of Human Resources & Administration at Reeves Young. From 2013 until 2023, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Roper Pump Company/ Hansen Technologies. Prior to that, they worked as the SR. Plant HR/HSE Manager at Shiloh Industries from 2011 to 2013.

Katye also held the position of Senior Regional Human Resources Generalist at Advanced Technology Services from 2008 to 2010, where they supported multiple sites in the South Eastern Region and spearheaded corporate-level projects. Before that, they were the SR. Plant Human Resources Manager at Eaton Automotive, where they managed all aspects of human resources for the plant facility. Katye also worked as a Human Resources Supervisor and Contract Recruiter at Eaton Automotive and Comprehensive Search, respectively.

Katye began their career at BP Chemicals as a Human Resources Representative/Training Coordinator, where they provided leadership in human resources and implemented people strategies. Katye managed training programs and ensured legal compliance. Overall, Katye has a diverse background in various HR roles and has demonstrated expertise in HR management, training, compliance, and administration.

Katye Semanson, SHRM-SCP, completed their education with an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from LaGrange College between 1999-2001. Prior to this, they received a BBA in Human Resources Management from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 1994-1998. In addition to their educational background, Katye Semanson has obtained the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
