Minerva Ringland is an accomplished environmental professional with significant experience in climate analysis and sustainability initiatives. Currently serving as Manager of Climate & Insights at ReFED, Minerva focuses on advancing understanding of food waste solutions' impact on climate goals and integrating emission results into broader programs. Previous roles include Group Project Co-Manager for the County of Santa Barbara’s Climate Action Plan update and Planning Intern at Rincon Consultants, where Minerva contributed to greenhouse gas emissions quantification and compliance. Educational achievements include a Master of Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School at UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from Yale University.
