Skyler Sinclair is currently the Director of Engineering at ReFED, leading efforts to model and aggregate food waste data to assist companies and policymakers in reducing climate emissions. Previously, Skyler held various roles, including Software Engineer at Google, where improvements were made to machine learning infrastructure, and Senior Analytics Engineer at the Voter Participation Center, contributing to voter registration initiatives. Skyler's past experiences include being a Thomas J. Watson Fellow, traveling globally to assess inclusivity in high school math contests, and working as a Data Scientist in several organizations, focusing on data analysis and machine learning applications. Skyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Harvey Mudd College and continues to pursue education at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
