Matt Josse

Matt Josse is an accomplished Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and infrastructure management. Currently, Matt serves as a Software Engineer at ReferPro since November 2024. Previously, Matt held various positions at Route from April 2020 to November 2024, including Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, where significant contributions included leading the design of a new SaaS offering and successfully migrating legacy systems to reduce cloud costs. Matt also had a foundational role in building shared infrastructure and adopting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. Earlier experience includes a role at Drip as a Software Engineer, focusing on Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions. Matt holds a Master's degree in Software Development from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Brigham Young University.
