April Looney

April Looney has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and real estate industries. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Clinic Administrator at Whole Woman's Health, LLC, where they ensured daily operations ran smoothly and maintained regulatory compliance. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Clinic Administrator at Women's Health Specialists, overseeing various aspects such as regulatory compliance, staff training, and leadership development. In 2016, they joined ReferralExchange as an Operations Manager, responsible for onboarding new agents and managing a team. April was later promoted to the role of Director of Servicing Operations, where they led the strategy and execution of pre-licensing education for real estate agents and defined the customer journey for homebuyers/sellers, incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

April Looney attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2003 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women's and Gender Studies.
