Jaime Ricasata

Jaime Ricasata is the current Director of Customer Success at ReferralCandy. Before that, they were a Senior Operations Manager at TELUS International Philippines from May 2003 to June 2016. In that role, they were responsible for managing a wide array of teams that provided customer-facing services such as billing, compliance, executive relations, social media and moderation, mobile support, and premium support. Jaime also oversaw the analytics and incident management teams for the company's gaming programs.

Jaime Ricasata reports to Dinesh Raju, Co-Founder & CEO. Jaime Ricasata works with Glenn Sunkel - Engineering Manager, Zach Cheng - Executive Director, and Benjamin George - Head of Design.
