Dedrick Chandler

Dedrick Chandler has been working in the technology industry since 2012. Dedrick began their career as an EMR Specialist at Novant Health, where they were responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Health Information Management system standards to support the implementation of Epic EHR. Dedrick then moved to athenahealth in 2015, where they worked as a Senior Client Implementation Support Analyst. In 2018, Dedrick took on the role of Technical Account Manager at Yardi, where they implemented the Yardi suite of software products by assisting clients with system implementation, training, and technical support. Most recently, in 2019, Dedrick joined ReferralMD as a Product Manager and Customer Success Lead. In their role, they virtually trained customer administrators and users on the ReferralMD technology platform, managed tasks related to customer implementation and onboarding, and responded to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat channels.

Dedrick Chandler attended South Carolina State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences. In 2018, they began attending Southern New Hampshire University to pursue a Master of Science in Operations and Project Management. Dedrick is also certified as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) by the Scrum Alliance.
