Jo Barette

Jo Barette, MCIPD, is the Chief People Officer at Refeyn, where they lead strategic people management initiatives. Previously, Jo served as Head of People at Refeyn and held various roles in HR and recruitment, including HR Business Partner at Immunocore and Recruitment Advisor at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. Jo's career began at Reed Scientific as a Senior Temporaries Recruitment Consultant before transitioning to Alere Toxicology Plc as a Territory Manager. They hold a BSc in Biology from the University of Warwick and have completed multiple certifications in HR management.
