Triana Mills

Triana Mills currently holds the position of VP of Creative at Refine Labs. Triana oversees the vision and development process of the creative department, enhances client's creative quality, drives revenue growth, and sets strategic direction for creative services. Previously, Triana worked as a Creative Director managing relationships with clients, developing creative service offerings, and analyzing campaign results. Before that, Triana was an Art Director managing a team of designers and copywriters and growing the creative team significantly. Triana also has experience as a Senior Visual Designer at CLEAR, a Visual Designer at Dashlane, and a Graphic Designer at Crunch Fitness. Triana holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts, Kean University, and Middlesex College.
