Sam Lombardi has over 15 years of professional experience. Sam began their career in 2004 as a Senior Product Specialist at Circuit City. In 2009 they joined School of Rock as a Franchise Regional Manager and then Business Analyst. In 2013, Sam co-founded Refined Impact, a 360° Digital Marketing Agency, and currently serves as the Founder and Managing Partner. In this role, they partner with small businesses and corporations to improve brand identity, market effectively, and achieve revenue goals. Sam has also been responsible for opening new franchise locations and managing existing ones, leading multiple franchise locations in achieving enrollment, revenue, and profit goals, and managing all aspects of hiring, staff training, financial operations, and marketing. Additionally, they have assessed and improved processes and controls at multiple franchise locations, identified and implemented improvement strategies to business processes, improved concert venue facility maintenance and safety processes, and reduced waste and unnecessary spending, resulting in increased net profits.
Sam Lombardi received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business (Strategic Management and Marketing) from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 2003 and 2007. In addition, Sam has obtained several certifications from Microsoft and Google, including the Bing Ads Accreditation, Google AdWords Display Advertising Specialty Certification, Google AdWords Mobile Advertising Specialty Certification, Google AdWords Search Advertising Specialty Certification, Google AdWords Shopping Advertising Specialty Certification, Google AdWords Video Advertising Specialty Certification, Google Mobile Sites Certification, Google Partner, Google AdWords Certification, and Google Analytics Certification. All of these certifications were obtained between 2016 and 2017.
