Brent Owen

Brent Owen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Brent currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Refined Technologies since August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Executive Vice President from August 2017 to August 2022, responsible for driving sustainable growth and ensuring consistent delivery of results to clients. Before joining Refined Technologies, Brent worked at Wood, where they held various senior leadership roles, including President - Delivery Assurance, Vice President & General Manager - Greenville Operations, Business Unit Business Manager - Pipeline, Global Engineering Manager - Instrumentation, Engineering Department Manager, Project Management, Project Manager - Internal Initiative, and Lead Instrument and Control Engineer. Throughout their career, Brent has demonstrated expertise in project management, business development, strategy, and team leadership. In addition to their role at Refined Technologies, they also serve as an Executive Advisor at Southern Brush Pipeline Services, where they focus on business development and infrastructure support.

Brent Owen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University from 1995 to 2000. Brent later pursued higher education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at Texas McCombs School of Business from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Brent Owen also holds the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which was obtained in May 2005.
