Zay Rosen

Zay Rosen is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and creative leadership. Most recently, Zay served as Chief of Staff, Advisor, and Head of Supply Chain at Reflect from December 2022 to January 2024. Prior to that, Zay worked at West Elm as an Engineer focused on Lighting & Functional Accessories from April 2022 to January 2024. As the Founder and Creative Director of Zay Michele Studios since February 2019, Zay has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Additional experience includes serving as a Design Engineer at Roll & Hill from April 2021 to April 2022 and as Lead Design Engineer at Park & Diamond, Inc. from January 2019 to December 2020. Zay holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
