Karli is the co-founder and co-owner of EverThine Beauty Co. TM, a diverse collection of Artisans committed to making beauty desires a reality. With 18 years of experience in the beauty industry and a Cosmetology License from Aveda, Karli has also worked as a Hair Stylist, Instructor, and part of the Creative Team at Reflect Salon. Additionally, Karli serves as the Chief Executive Officer of KJ Hughes Design LLC. Throughout their career, Karli has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of cosmetology, training, and management, showcasing their dedication to the industry.

After 40 Years of serving you as New Reflections Salon, it was time for a refresh. As your Reflect team, we plan to move into 2019 and beyond reflecting and celebrating our heritage and the bright future with you, our beautiful community. Reflect Salon began in 1979 with four stylists and a passion for great service. Today we are proud to say that our team, all 120+, are just as committed to providing outstanding service and creating outside beauty while restoring from the inside. Our passion for outstanding service has only grown through our core belief in education. The team at Reflect Salon regularly works with Aveda Global Educators in order to build self-esteem, confidence, and integrity, all while learning current trends in beauty and wellness. We at Reflect Salon understand the importance of giving back to those who have helped us grow over the last 3 decades, and we regularly participate in events . The balance between outstanding experiences performed at our locations and our commitment to community involvement has led to much recognition, including being named one of the Top 200 Salons for twelve years.
