Alisa Wells is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Manager and Acting Operations Manager at Reflections Holidays since April 2023, Alisa has previously held key positions such as Area Manager Recreation & Camps at YMCA NSW and Operations Manager at UOW Pulse Ltd. With a background in health and fitness management, Alisa has also worked as NSW Health & Fitness Manager at YMCA NSW and Franchise Development & Training Manager at EnVie Fitness. Alisa’s early career included roles such as Business Development Manager and Personal Trainer at Vision Personal Training HQ. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Management and a Graduate Certificate in Management. Additional training includes a short course in Advanced Communication.

Reflections is Australia's only social enterprise holiday park group, welcoming 2 million day visitors and overnight guests each year. We care for 39 holiday parks, campgrounds and unique accommodation and 45 community Crown reserves in some of the most picturesque parts of coastal and inland New South Wales. We reinvest profit in the 24,188 acres of crown land that we care for on behalf of the people of New South Wales.
