Matthew Hann is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer insights, loyalty programs, and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Senior Marketing Manager at Reflections Holidays, Matthew focuses on brand enhancement and marketing automation initiatives. Prior roles include Customer Experience and Insights Manager at Greater Bank, where Matthew led customer migration during a digital transformation, and Co-Founder of Momentous Pens. Matthew's earlier experience encompasses media roles at UM Australia and PHD, along with marketing and distribution management at Coalface Magazine. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Charles Sturt University.

Reflections is Australia's only social enterprise holiday park group, welcoming 2 million day visitors and overnight guests each year. We care for 39 holiday parks, campgrounds and unique accommodation and 45 community Crown reserves in some of the most picturesque parts of coastal and inland New South Wales. We reinvest profit in the 24,188 acres of crown land that we care for on behalf of the people of New South Wales. Each year we generate approximately $98 million in economic value for regional NSW, and we aim to deliver $1.3 billion in cumulative economic value by the end of 2030.
