Fleur de Graef is a versatile professional with a background in HR and talent management, having served as the HR Employee Happiness Manager at Merkle Nederland from 2018 to 2023. Currently, they are a Freelance Trainer, Opleider, and Consultant at Op z'n Fleurs and Co-Founder & Consultant at Reflective, where they focus on promoting sustainable growth through people-oriented strategies. Fleur has also worked as a Recruiter for National Accounts at YoungCapital and held various roles in the creative sector, including as a guitarist and backing vocalist with Ruby Red. They graduated from NHTV Internationale Hogeschool Breda in 2013.
