Idan Cohen

Idan Cohen has over 10 years of work experience in the cyber security field. From 2008 to 2013, they worked for the Israel Defense Forces, where they held the positions of Cyber Researcher Team Leader, Information Security Officer, and Information Security. During this time, they provided security consulting for a wide selection of IT applications and infrastructure, conducted penetration testing, and was the head of the Help Desk Crew. From 2013 to 2016, they held the positions of Advisor, CTO, and Deputy CEO at BugSec. There, they provided high-level advisory for Bugsec management and C-Level, guided and developed the business, technology, services, and road-map, and created and delivered offensive and defensive security services. In 2013, they were also the CTO of Cynet - Precise Threat Detection, where they led the technology road-map and development of a cyber security product for enterprises. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been the Co-Founder and CEO of Reflectiz, a cyber security company that detects website vulnerabilities, threats, and privacy issues generated by their 3rd-party technologies.

Idan Cohen attended the College of Management from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a B.Sc in Computer Science. Idan also attended Mekif Yod from 2003 to 2006.
