Arjun Subrahmanyan has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2013. In 2013, they were a Summer Intern at Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (IGCAR), where they worked on a Java application to decide the normal functioning of the reactor. In 2014, they were an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus and a Summer Intern at Morgan Stanley. In 2015, they were an Internship at @WalmartLabs India. In 2016, they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant at University of Minnesota, where they headed discussion sections and graded programming, written assignments and exams, and a Software Engineer Intern at Rudolph Technologies. In 2017, they were a Software Engineer at Reflektion.

Arjun Subrahmanyan received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani in 2015. Arjun then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they received an All India Senior School Certificate in Science from Sri Kumaran Children's Home (CBSE) from 1999 to 2011.
