José María Balmaceda

José María Balmaceda has an extensive work experience. José María currently holds the role of Senior Software Engineering at Reflektion since 2021. Prior to this, they were Arquitecto de software and Java Developer and Technical Analyst at Technisys from 2015 to 2021. From 2015 to 2021, they were also CTO and Co-Funder at ORCO. From 2010 to 2015, they completed a Doctorado en Ciencias de la Computación at ISISTAN. From 2007 to 2010, they held the role of Software Engineer at ISISTAN/UNICEN, where they were responsible for programming different projects of UNCPBA and ISISTAN, particularly SAVER.

José María Balmaceda obtained a Doctorado en Ciencias de la Computación from the Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires between 2010 and 2015, specializing in Inteligencia Artificial and Perfilado de Usuarios. José María also obtained an Ingeniero de Sistemas from the same university between 2005 and 2010, specializing in Inteligencia Artificial.
