Ritesh Ragavender

Ritesh Ragavender is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology expert with a strong background in robotics and data analytics. As the Founder and CEO of Reflex Robotics since August 2022, Ritesh is focused on developing affordable humanoid robots. Previously, Ritesh co-founded AlphaSheets, where innovative solutions were provided to help companies leverage data through low-code ETL and AI-generated presentations from August 2015 to February 2019. Ritesh's early career includes a role as a Quant Researcher at Quantlab Group, achieving significant portfolio risk reduction through advanced AI algorithms, and a trading internship at Jane Street, where a predictive model for IPO volatility was developed. Ritesh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has enhanced entrepreneurial skills through Y Combinator. Ritesh was also the valedictorian of South Brunswick High School's Class of 2014.
