Dean McDonald

Dean McDonald is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Advisors on the RBA Small Business Finance Advisory Panel at the Reserve Bank of Australia, Dean has also held significant positions at Reflex Technology Group, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and General Manager Operations since June 2011. Prior experience includes Head of Operating Services at Mount Scopus Memorial College and Senior Project Manager at McDonald & Bailey Pty Ltd, as well as Manager of Institutional Banking at ANZ. Dean holds a degree in Business and Accounting from Monash University, attended from 1986 to 1989, and completed early education at Carey Grammar from 1980 to 1985.
