Ann Yang - Intellectual Property

Ann Yang is an experienced intellectual property professional currently serving as the Director of Intellectual Property at RefleXion Medical since June 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Patent Agent and Patent Agent at prestigious law firms Cooley LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP from July 2016 to June 2020 and September 2008 to June 2016, respectively. Ann holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and multiple Ph.D. degrees in Bioengineering, with a focus on retina neurophysiology from the University of California, Berkeley and the University of California, San Francisco. Additionally, early career experience includes a role as an Engineer at AMCC from January 2001 to July 2003 and a Graduate Student Researcher position at UC Berkeley from 2005 to 2008.
