Jay Janardhanan

Jay Janardhanan serves as the Vice President of Software Engineering at RefleXion Medical since 2016, focusing on the development of a Biology-guided Radiotherapy system aimed at transforming cancer treatment. Prior experience includes roles at Varian Medical Systems from 2004 to 2016, where Jay held positions such as Global Program Manager & System Integration Lead, overseeing strategic initiatives across multiple countries, and Sr. Manager of Software & Systems Engineering, leading engineering teams in the US and India on various treatment delivery software projects. Earlier roles include Sr. Systems Consultant at Siemens from 1998 to 2004, working on oncology workspace projects. Jay Janardhanan holds an MBA in Managing Technology and Innovation from Santa Clara University and a B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Mysore.
