Jon Burns

Jon Burns is a Senior Mechanical Designer at RefleXion Medical, specializing in the development and commercialization of advanced tumor tracking radiotherapy systems since June 2016. Prior experience includes contract roles at GlassPoint Solar, where Jon focused on lightweight modular aluminum structures, and various engineering positions at Mechanical Design Services, FitBionic, and Ekso Bionics, contributing to projects ranging from prosthetic devices to human bionics and exoskeleton development. Earlier work involved mechanical design at Powis Parker, MicroAssembly, and the UC Berkeley Human Engineering Lab, along with substantial tenure at Berkeley Process Control, where Jon worked on innovative automation technologies and capital equipment production.
