Kevin Siegers

Kevin Siegers is a Senior CNO Developer at Reflexive Concepts, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Chief Cryptologic Technician Networking for the U.S. Navy Reserve / Navy from 2008-2021. In this role, they provided leadership, technical guidance, and administrative oversight to five missions supporting three commands. Additionally, they were the LCPO/NCOIC of NR COM10FLT's support to NSA, leading a group of sailors providing capabilities to red teaming, blue teaming, and adversarial hunting. From 2008-2021, they were also a Senior Software Engineer / Program Manager at OPS Consulting, LLC. In this role, they designed, created, tested, documented, and supported custom CNO tools and capabilities for use on local and remote networked computer systems. Prior to this, they were a Cryptologic Tecnician Networking for the United States Navy from 1999-2008.

Kevin Siegers attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2005 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
