Emily Whitfield is a skilled recruitment professional with extensive experience in full lifecycle recruiting and account management. Currently serving as a Full Lifecycle Recruiter at Reflik since March 2022, Emily previously worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a D, E, & I Technical Recruiter, where collaboration with hiring managers and senior leaders ensured alignment on tech hiring needs.
