Angela Wayne

Angela Wayne serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ReFocus Eye Health since January 2025, bringing extensive experience in healthcare management. Previously, Angela held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Advantia Health from August 2021 to April 2024, and was the Chief Operating Officer at APDerm from August 2018 to August 2021. Angela's career began at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where a tenure from January 2005 to August 2018 included the role of Chief Operating Officer for the Affiliated Physicians Group/BIDHC. Prior experience also includes a position as Project Manager at Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians from January 2002 to January 2005. Angela earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
