Jason Rychter is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on growth and retention marketing strategies. Currently serving as an Email Marketing Volunteer at Tech for Campaigns, Jason previously held various leadership roles in companies such as Empowerly, Mightier, and Nutrien Ag Solutions, where programs were developed and executed across multiple marketing channels including email, mobile, and web. A member of Reforge since August 2022, Jason has enhanced knowledge in growth marketing through rigorous coursework. Jason's extensive background spans over a decade, with previous positions at Morningstar, U.S. Cellular, Northwestern Mutual, U.S. Bank, and Assurant Health, showcasing a consistent track record in driving incremental revenue and profitability through comprehensive marketing initiatives.
