Jim Scott

Special Assistant To The Chancellor at Reformed Theological Seminary

Jim Scott has a diverse background in higher education administration and student services, currently serving as the Special Assistant to the Chancellor and Director of Operations at Reformed Theological Seminary since August 2018. In this role, Jim oversees various operational aspects of the Jackson campus, including housing, student life, communications, and international student care, while also managing payroll and budgetary processes. Prior to Reformed Theological Seminary, Jim held positions at Belhaven University, where responsibilities included directing student services and administrative functions related to security operations. Jim's experience also includes roles in youth ministry and event staffing, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Belhaven University and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Abilene Christian University.
