Molly Delaney

Molly Delaney is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in campus ministry, grant writing, and administrative support. Currently serving as Campus Staff at RUF (Reformed University Fellowship) since June 2024, Molly has also held positions at Reformed Theological Seminary as an Administrative Assistant and Assistant to the Director of Development since August 2022. Previously, Molly worked as a National Grants Writer and Content Researcher at New City Kids, where responsibilities included writing proposals and maintaining a content management system. Experience includes roles as Student Success Coordinator at Hudson County Community College and various leadership and volunteer positions, including counseling at The Salvation Army and support for women in crisis pregnancies at Thrive Women's Healthcare. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Human Communication from the University of Central Florida and ongoing studies at Reformed Theological Seminary.
