Dr. Anela Vukoja

Dr. Anela Vukoja currently serves as Principal and COO at Apollo Health Ventures since September 2020 and holds board member and advisory positions at multiple companies, including Samsara Therapeutics, Refoxy Pharma, and Booster Therapeutics. Dr. Vukoja is also a board member at Cleara Biotech B.V. and has extensive experience in management, starting at Catenion, where roles included Manager, Associate, and Analyst from June 2015 to September 2020. Dr. Vukoja holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Neuroscience from Freie Universität Berlin (2008-2014), a Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Graz (2007-2008), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Biology from the same institution (2003-2007).
