Vaibhav Mutreja is a Junior Research Analyst at Refract Consulting since June 2022, following experience as an Associate Business Process Services at DXC Technology from January 2021 to May 2022, where work for the Symetra client led to surpassing SLA requirements and earning the Quarterly Champ Award for the 4th quarter of FY 21-22. Vaibhav holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Jamia Millia Islamia (September 2020 - May 2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University School of Management and Entrepreneurship, Delhi Technological University (2017 - 2020).
