Berkay Deniz

Berkay Deniz is currently serving as an HR Controlling and Analytics Specialist at Refratechnik Group since March 2024. Prior to this role, Berkay held the position of HR Analytics Assistant Manager at Yapı Kredi, where responsibilities included publishing HR reports and responding to ad-hoc requests. Previous experience also includes serving as People Analytics and Budgeting Supervisor at Anadolu Efes, managing the employee budget across Turkey, and coordinating the HR department budget. At ÇOLAKOĞLU Metalurji A.Ş., Berkay worked as an HR Analytics Specialist, overseeing SAP organizational changes and various recruitment reports. Additionally, experience at PwC Turkey involved managing an ERP transformation project and contributing to reporting and analytics across multiple HR functions. Berkay obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Beykent University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science at Fachhochschule Kiel.
