David Ragland, CFS, has extensive experience in research and development within the beverage industry. Currently serving as Sr Director of Research and Development and Site Director of Manufacturing and Technical Affairs at Refresco since July 2019, David has previously held significant positions at Cott Beverages from 2001 to the present, including Sr Director of R&D and Director of Product Development Canada / Regulatory Affairs. Additionally, David served as Director of R&D at RC Cola Co from December 1987 to April 2001. David Ragland holds a degree from LaGrange College, earned between 1983 and 1987.
