Jeff Baumgarten

Jeff Baumgarten, MBA, is a highly experienced packaging professional with over 20 years in the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Packaging Engineering at Refresco since February 2022, Jeff manages corporate packaging resources for the North American business unit, focusing on commercial designs, value engineering, and marketing innovations. Prior roles include Packaging Engineering Manager at Morton Salt and Principal at JRB Packaging & Consulting, where Jeff specialized in value engineering, cost optimization, and sustainability. Jeff has also held leadership positions at TreeHouse Foods, where Jeff led significant cost-saving initiatives and vendor management efforts across a $6 billion food company. Jeff's expertise spans various industries, including food and consumer products, and complements a strong academic foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Packaging from Michigan State University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
