Mike Love

Mike Love is an experienced Plant Manager and Operations Manager at Refresco since July 2018, with a solid background in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Regional Continuous Improvement Manager at Amcor from November 2007 to July 2018, as well as Continuous Improvement Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt at Lear Corporation from March 2000 to March 2007. Mike's career began with positions as an Industrial Engineer at GenCorp and Methode Electronics, along with a role as an Industrial Engineering CO-OP at Rockwell International. Mike Love holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Iowa State University, completed in 1995.
