Mike Tait

Mike Tait is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence UK at Refresco and as the Founder and Lead Consultant at The Standards Engine, Mike has previously held key roles at Nomad Foods, Ecolab, Tata Global Beverages, and TOKYO ELECTRON EUROPE LIMITED. Notable achievements include driving initiatives towards Zero Loss at Nomad Foods, creating the TPM Qualification for Ecolab, and implementing operational enhancements at Tata through the Hoshin Kanri model. Mike holds a Higher National Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute and has further education from Newcastle University Business School.
