Paul Mancuso has extensive experience in the beverage industry, currently serving as Manager of Quality Assurance and Blending Operations at Refresco since May 2018. Previously, Mancuso worked at BEVERAGElogic, LLC as a Consultant from May 2011 to April 2018, focusing on process improvements, brewing equipment design, training, business plan development, and management of contract producers. Prior experience includes over 13 years at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where Mancuso held the position of Department Manager, managing a large production facility and driving significant process improvements that resulted in millions in savings and efficiency gains. Mancuso began the career at Anheuser-Busch, overseeing new product development and implementation of innovative brewing technologies. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Rutgers Business School and a B.S. in Biology/Chemistry from Syracuse University, complemented by technical training in Brewing Technology from the Siebel Institute of Technology.
