Zafiris Gallis

Zafiris Gallis is an experienced professional in operational excellence and management, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Director for Europe at Refresco since 2024. Previously, Gallis held the position of Managing Director for Italy at Beyers Koffie from 2023 to 2024 and served as Operations Director for Italy and the Balkans at Royal Unibrew from 2019 to 2022. Additional roles include Business Unit Head at FAMAR and Plant Manager at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company between 2015 and 2018. Gallis's extensive career at HEINEKEN spanned over a decade, featuring various leadership roles including Production Manager and Deputy Brewery Manager in Russia, as well as Project Manager in canning line optimization. Zafiris Gallis holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Imperial College London and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
