Andreas Neumeier

Andreas Neumeier currently serves as the Director of Operational Excellence for Europe and Asia at CeramTec – Die Keramik-Experten, a position held since March 2021, focusing on the optimization of production processes in areas such as lean management, production IT, operational technology, and idea management. Prior to this role, Neumeier worked at HEITEC AG from September 2013 to March 2021, where positions included Head of Operational Technology Europe and Manager Automation Europe, among others. Neumeier began the career at Transnova-Ruf as a Mechatronics Technician from September 2005 to September 2011. Academically, Neumeier holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Management from the University of Applied Science Ansbach (2016-2019) and a Bachelor Professional in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Technology from Fritz-Hopf-Technikerschule Nördlingen (2011-2013).
